ROBOTIC MACHINING
Take advantage of the flexibility of robotic machining for drilling, milling, routing, and cutting applications to deliver the highest quality results on complex and unusual geometries.
Robotic Machining
Robotic machining is applied in different industrial sectors and can solve many key manufacturing processes across many industries as a new alternative to CNC machining centers or rapid prototyping machines. Robotic machining can significantly improve the operating range and eliminate the limitations of CNC machining.
Automating machining applications with SandRob can not only maximize production time and accommodate jobs involving more than one process but also significantly improve production flexibility and quality.
The future of manufacturing is characterized by high customization. Robotic machining plays an important role in rapid prototyping and custom machining of highly customized, complex geometries of today’s manufacturing world.
SandRob is a complete robotic system capable of performing a wide variety of applications such as milling, deburring, cutting, carving, grinding, polishing on metal, wood, composite, hard surfaces, and more.
All our robotic platforms are controlled by ARPP, our in-house designed robot simulator, that is the only software on the market that allows to completely manage the robot without the use of other tools: from the automatic generation of optimized tool paths to the 3D simulation of the robot movements, with the real-time display of the material removal.
